U-POL – PLASTIKIT Laminating Resin

The surface must be clean, dry and free from all traces of grease. All surfaces must be free from loose matter, rust etc.

Cut the required amount of matt to cover the repair area.

To activate the resin use 1-2% of U-POL liquid hardener. Mix thoroughly and use immediately. Hardening times varies according to ambient temperature: 30-30 minutes @ 20c, 15-25 minutes @ 25c. Do not use below 10c. Using the brush, wet the surface with resin and lay overlapping strips of mat over repair area.

Dab the mat with more activated resin and leave to harden.
